Marshall County Police are investigating an apparent battery at Ruperts Resort Campground at Lake of the Woods. Officers say a man was found lying face down in the grass and bleeding Sunday morning. Police believe he had been severely battered. He was taken to Memorial Hospital by LaPaz EMS.
