Marshall County Commissioners Approve Property Tax Exemption for Broadband Upgrades

New broadband infrastructure will now be exempt from property taxes in much of Marshall County.

The county commissioners agreed Tuesday to designate all unincorporated areas in the county an infrastructure development zone.

Road Cut Request Presented to Marshall County Commissioners

A road cut request was submitted to Marshall County Commissioners when they met Monday evening.

County Highway Supervisor Jason Peters presented the commissioners with the request on behalf of REMC to make a cut between US 30 and 11th Road. Continue reading →
