The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, along with officers from the Plymouth Police Department, Bremen Police Department and Bourbon Police Department are out in force this holiday weekend to spot violations to Indiana’s seat belt and impaired driving laws.
Random patrols are expected along with saturation patrols and checkpoints. This overtime enforcement is supported with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) funds administered by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI). Continue reading
Officers from the Bremen Police Department recently participated in a 24-day dangerous and impaired driving enforcement campaign.
Police are reminding drivers to be careful during their Memorial Day travels. The Indiana State Police is teaming up with other law enforcement agencies around the state to take part in the Click It or Ticket Campaign and Operation CARE (Combined Accident Reduction Effort).
