The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today.
Highway Supervisor Jason Peters will have an update along with County Attorney Jim Clevenger who will present an ordinance regulating off-road vehicles at the county forest and at the Mill Pond Forest.
The Marshall County Humane Society remains on the lookout for abandoned dogs near Dixon Lake. Executive Director Nancy Cox says that 14 dogs have been recovered, as of Tuesday afternoon.
The Marshall County Humane Society is encouraging community members to bring their furry, four legged friends down to Centennial Park on October 1st for Bark in the Park. This annual event for dogs and their owners is an afternoon full of activities and contests where funds are raised to assist MCHS with operational costs.
