Selling old MacBooks and iPads should bring in about $700,000 for the Plymouth Community School Corporation. Last week, the school board accepted a bid for surplus computers from Total Technology Results.

Plymouth students will soon be trading in their MacBooks for iPads. On Tuesday, the school board approved a lease agreement with Apple that will give iPads to students at all grade levels, starting next school year. That was in spite of some concerns from students.

Argos School Board members approved the purchase of new technology devices for 2018 through 2022 when they met Monday evening.
Superintendent Ned Speicher explained that that school corporation’s current technology lease was up so officials chose to purchase some new devices for students at every grade level as well as computers for teachers to help guide instruction. Continue reading
