The Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding a sexual assault to a 13-year-old female on April 23rd, 2018.

According to a news release from Detective Sergeant Leo Mangus, The assault occurred in September of 2016 and the suspect was identified as 20-year-old Edgar Herrera, of Plymouth. Herrera was 18-years-old at the time of the alleged assault. Continue reading →
