Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb made a stop in Culver Tuesday to applaud the achievements of Culver Elementary’s fourth-grade class in the “You and Me Vape Free” campaign. Indiana State Health Commissioner Lindsay Weaver joined Holcomb for the event.
