The Culver School Board honored a former long-time school board member this week.
Jim Wentzel served 13 years on the Culver School Board of Trustees from Sept. 9, 2004 to January 9, 2017. Wentzel said that he’s proud to have served this tenure on the board.
The Culver School Board will get an update on this year’s ISTEP testing tonight. Middle/High School Assistant Principal and Curriculum Director Julie Berndt is scheduled to present ISTEP testing information, according to the advance agenda. Continue reading

The Culver School Board is now set for 2016, after the board reorganized during Monday’s meeting. Jim Wentzel was elected to serve as school board president, replacing Ken VanDePutte.
