Marshall County Commissioners Waiting for Court Services Report

The Marshall County Commissioners have yet to receive a report from Indiana Court Services regarding a review of the county’s court system.  The delay is most likely due to measures surrounding COVID-19.

Marshall County Attorney Gives Update on Indiana Court Services Visit

Marshall County Attorney Jim Clevenger updated the Marshall County Commissioners last week on a recent visit by Indiana Court Services.  The government agency has been tasked to identify procedures in the Marshall County judiciary system to see if there is more that can be done to reduce the jail population.
