Co-Alliance is finalizing its merger with Harvest Land Co-op. The two agriculture and energy cooperatives announced Friday that both of their boards and members “overwhelmingly agreed to merge.” It will officially take effect February 1.

Co-Alliance, Harvest Land Co-Ops Planning to Merge

Two Indiana agricultural cooperatives have announced plans to merge. Co-Alliance and Harvest Land say they’ve reached an agreement, with a hope of completing a merger in 2021. Due diligence is expected to start in the coming months.
