The annual Falloween Fest held at John Glenn High School is right around the corner.

From Friday, September 21st through Sunday, September 23rd, a number of area organizations, churches and John Glen school groups will sponsor this weekend-long event in Walkerton. Many organizations raise funds for student scholarships and over the last few years, about $250,000 has been raised to assist more than 200 students.

Event organizers describe Falloween as a family-oriented festival with a variety of activities including two parades, a midway of amusement park rides, tasty food, special music events, fireworks, craft vendors and tractor pulls as well as a petting zoo, a giant garage sale and a 5K run.
