The 2017 annual Operations Report for Local Roads and Streets was submitted to Plymouth City Council members Monday night.

Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt and City Engineer Rick Gaul completed the documents and submitted them to the council for consideration. Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver explained that this report has to be submitted annually since the city receives funding from the Indiana Department of Transportation. Continue reading →
