
PLYMOUTH — On 11/08/2025, Plymouth Police were patrolling Michigan St. when multiple traffic violations were observed from a vehicle ahead.
A traffic stop was conducted. Upon contact with the driver, Gerardo Contreras, 41, of Plymouth, it was learned that Contreras has never had a license. Contreras was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for operating without ever obtaining a license and issued a bond.
PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 19 at 5:45 a.m., a traffic stop was initiated on a speeding vehicle on US 30 in the area of Pioneer Drive. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver, Denis Estrada Lopez, 38, of Bremen, was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Lopez was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Lopez was lodged on the pending charge of Operating a Vehicle without ever obtaining a License.
PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 20 at 10 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Emilio Aguirre Valente, 24, of Rochester, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
He was found to have never received a driver’s license. Valente was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 11 at 1:28 p.m., a vehicle being driven by Hector M. Ramos Vallejo, 39 of Plymouth, was stopped for a traffic infraction at Fairbanks and Elliott.
Vallejo was found to have never received a driver’s license. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 21 at 12:25 a.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling west on Harrison St. The vehicle had crossed over center lines multiple times in the officer’s view.
The driver of the vehicle, Kevin J. Villela Fernandez, 21, of Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a valid driver’s License. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
