Plymouth Police make driving while suspended arrests

PLYMOUTH — On the evening of January 7th, 2026 at approximately 3:45 PM, Corporal Schieber conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Oak Drive and Pilgrim Lane for a licensing issue.

The driver was identified as Adrianna Kimpel, 24, of Ft Wayne.  Kimpel was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for the preliminary charge of driving while suspended-misdemeanor.  

PLYMOUTH — On Jan. 7 at 1:38 p.m., a Plymouth Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Advance Auto Parts on North Michigan Street. 

During the traffic stop it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Cody Stacy, 30, of Knox, was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Stacy was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. 

Stacy was lodged for the pending charge of Driving While Suspended-Prior. 

PLYMOUTH — On Jan. 7 at 8:30 a.m., a Plymouth Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Fifth Street and West Jefferson Street.

During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Damaris Ortiz, was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Ortiz was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Ortiz was lodged for the pending charge of Driving While Suspended-Prior.

PLYMOUTH — On Jan. 2 at 9:19 p.m., a vehicle being driven by Deandra D. Jones, 35, of Ft. Wayne, was stopped for a traffic infraction. He was found to have a license status of suspended-prior. Jones was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Jan. 9 at 10:33 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Maria F. Rodriguez, 70, of Ft. Wayne, was stopped for a traffic infraction. 

She was found to have a license status of suspended-prior. Rodriguez was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Jan. 8, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on 2 vehicles traveling southbound on Michigan St. near 4B RD. 

The driver of one of the vehicles, Theodore A. Wheatbrook, of Bremen, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s License. Wheatbrook was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was issued a court date and a bond. 

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
