PLYMOUTH — On Dec. 18 at 10:15 p.m., Plymouth officers were dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Dept. for a woman who had an active warrant. Britteny Snider, 28, of Plymouth, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
PLYMOUTH — On the afternoon of Dec. 17, Plymouth Police arrived on scene at the Economy Inn to make contact with a man who had a warrant for his arrest. Timothy Eric Davies, 46, of Plymouth, was located in his room and placed in custody without incident. Davies was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for his warrant.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
