On Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, at approximately 7 PM, Deputy Ash with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Fir Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 39-year-old Emerson Williams of South Bend, IN. Emerson was found to have an Indiana Driver’s License with the status of Suspended with a Prior Conviction.
Emerson was subsequently arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Driving While Suspended with a Prior Conviction – Class A Misdemeanor.
