PLYMOUTH — On Friday, Nov. 28, at 9:32 p.m., a Marshall County Officer performed a traffic stop on US 30 near Plymouth Goshen Trl for a moving violation.
During the investigation, the driver, Mauro R Sosa Meza, 48, of Illinois, was found to be exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. Sosa was transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle, endangering.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
