LaPAZ — On Sunday, Dec. 7, at 7:34 P.M., Marshall County Police were dispatched to the Speedway Gas Station in Lapaz for a man being hostile, yelling, and going behind the employee counter.
Officers located the man, Bryan L. Pedigo, across the street at another gas station. Upon further investigation, it was found that Bryan was heavily intoxicated and had been causing a disturbance.
Pedigo was taken into custody, and he was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
