CULVER — On Nov. 27 at 9:24 PM, emergency services were called to the area of 4th Rd. and Grape Rd. for a single vehicle accident into a ditch.
The driver was found initially unresponsive but came to and was coherent. The driver was identified as Jordan L Miller, 32, of Culver and was found to have been intoxicated.
Emergency services checked on Miller at the scene and also at the hospital following the accident. Miller was given several tests and afterwards was placed into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
He was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
