A celebration of life for Wayne E. Rowe, 91, of Rocheser, will take place Wednesday, Nov. 16 at noon at the Good Family Funeral Home in Rochester, with visitation there from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to the United Ministries Food Pantry in Rochester or the Grace United Methodist Church in Rochester.
