Funeral services for Russell Edward Payne, 60, of Plymouth are Wednesday, February 8 at 1 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Walkerton American Legion Post 189.
