Funeral services for Phillip Bogard, 50, of Culver, formerly of Walkerton, are Friday, June 9 at 7 p.m. EDT at the Rannells Funeral Home Koontz Lake Chapel, with visitation there from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
