A celebration of life for Fremont “Booksie” Philip Melvin Books, 102, of Plymouth, will take place Saturday, May 14 at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home in Plymouth, with visitation there Friday, May 13 from 5 until 7 p.m. Burial with military honors provided by members of American Legion Post 27, VFW Marshall County Post 1162 and the D.A.V. will take place in New Oakhill Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Plymouth Public Library so all children can experience the joy of reading.
