On March 8, at 10:52 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Broadway Street for a domestic disturbance.
Officers located 29-year-old Kalin J. Lord of Plymouth and placed Lord under arrest, transporting him to the hospital for jail clearance.
Lord was then taken to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged on preliminary charges of domestic battery of a pregnant family member, a Level 5 Felony; domestic battery with moderate bodily injury, a Level 5 Felony; domestic battery in the presence of a minor, a Level 6 Felony, and disorderly conduct, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Lord was given a bond of $3000.00 and automatically held on a 24-hour hold due to the domestic battery charge.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
