On Feb. 11 at 9:21 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the Marshall County Probation Department for Wilmer J. Gutierrez Garcia, 39, of Plymouth, who was transported to the Marshall County Jail for an active warrant in Marshall County.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
