On the morning of Feb. 7 at 2 a.m. ET, Fredrick Kramp, 71 of Plymouth, was taken into custody by Plymouth Police Department officers for outstanding felony warrants.
Kramp was transported to the Marshall County Jail, and turned over to jail staff without incident.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
