
On Feb. 3, at 11:37 a.m. ET, Marshall County Dispatch advised of an LPR (License Plate Reader) hit on a license plate where the owner had active warrants for their arrest.
Plymouth officers observed a vehicle matching the description traveling southbound at Madison Street. The officer caught up to the vehicle at the Marshall County Prosecutor/Probation offices. Police say the owner and driver of the vehicle, Kiara Hailey, 32, did have active warrants through Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties.
Hailey was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and was lodged to await transport to the Elkhart County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
