On Feb. 24, at approximately 1 a.m. ET, a Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no headlights on.
Police say the driver, Starley Chavez Gonzales, 21, from Chicago, was found to have never been issued a driver’s license. Gonzales was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating without ever receiving a license and possession of marijuana.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
