On Monday, Feb. 10, at 11:25 p.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies initiated a traffic stop on U.S. 30 and Michigan Street on a red 2000 Toyota passenger car.
During the investigation, officers conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and located suspected marijuana. The front-seat passenger, Jadon B. Fitch, 21, of Fort Wayne, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
