On Feb. 7 at 10:52 p.m. ET, a Plymouth Police Department officer reportedly observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation at a traffic light and initiated a traffic stop at E. Jefferson St. and Kingston Rd.
Police say the driver, Jeremy Tyler Wood, 28, of Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Wood was transported to the Marshall County Jail and issued a court date and bond.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
