On Feb. 3 at 11:45 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers located a man sleeping in the driver’s seat of a vehicle located on N Walnut St.
Russell D. Hendricks, 50, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC over .15. Hendricks was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
