Driving while Suspended

On Wednesday,​ Jan. 29 at 9:34 a.m.,​ a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy was on Michigan Road,​ in the area of 5C Road,​ ​and saw a northbound vehicle cross the centerline.

A traffic stop was conducted, and police say it was found that Franklin Ramirez Vega, 58,​ of Plymouth, did not have a valid driver’s license. He was placed under arrest, and the vehicle was towed.

Ramirez-Vega was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on a preliminary charges of driving while suspended-prior,​ which is an Class A misdemeanor.
