
On Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 9:34 a.m., a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy was on Michigan Road, in the area of 5C Road, and saw a northbound vehicle cross the centerline.
A traffic stop was conducted, and police say it was found that Franklin Ramirez Vega, 58, of Plymouth, did not have a valid driver’s license. He was placed under arrest, and the vehicle was towed.
Ramirez-Vega was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on a preliminary charges of driving while suspended-prior, which is an Class A misdemeanor.
