On Jan. 9 at 1:34 p.m. ET, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a domestic battery incident that had occurred in the 13,000 block of 5th Road.
The suspect in the case, Kyle Stiles, 40, was later located, arrested, and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
