On Feb. 4 at 4:45 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the Economy Inn for reports of a domestic altercation.
During the officer’s investigation, police say it was determined that the individuals involved had an active protection order. The man was identified as 29-year-old Michael Carver, of Plymouth, and was ordered to stay away from the woman involved. Carver was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
