The Bourbon Town Council met for their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 11.
From old business, the Council approved $10,000 for Dustin’s Place from three funds – $7,892.13 which is the balance of the Opioid Settlement funds, $2,000 that had been previously budgeted last year for the Marshall County Council on Aging but had not been requested, and the rest from the general donation fund.
Bourbon Clerk-Treasurer Kim Berger confirmed that Dustin’s Place qualifies as a recipient of the opiate settlement funds; Substance use Bereavement group support is offered.
