On Friday, Feb. 7 at 8:13 p.m. ET, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy was patrolling in the area of State Road 17 and Glenn Overmyer Dr.
Police say the deputy observed a blue pickup truck cross the center line before weaving back and crossing into the shoulder on the other side of the road.
The deputy initiated a traffic stop. The driver, 49-year-old Michael Allison, was found to be driving a vehicle with a suspended license along with driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the report. He was booked and lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
