On Monday, Jan. 27, Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to Garden Court Downtown (315. W. Garro St.) for a man who was reported to have an active warrant.
Officers arrived and were able to identify the man as Jason Lee Goad, 38, of Plymouth. It was confirmed that he did have a parole warrant for his arrest. Goad was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
