On Jan. 15 at 12:23 a.m. ET, a Plymouth Police Department officer observed a vehicle in the area of Center St. and Adams St. matching the description of one being driven by a subject with an active warrant through Marshall County.
The vehicle continued westbound on Adams St. and pulling in behind the vehicle the officer observed the plate matched the suspect’s vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated in the 700 block of W Jefferson St.
The driver of the vehicle was the suspect, Benjamin E. Creighbaum, 43, of Plymouth. He was taken into custody on an active warrant through Marshall County for Invasion of Privacy. He was then transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
