Warrant Served

On Jan. 11 at 12:55 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers, with the assistance of Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, apprehended Brock Biddle, 39, of Plymouth for an outstanding felony warrant.

Biddle was wanted for failure to appear that was the result of an arrest for possession of methamphetamine and a narcotic drug in 2024.

During the arrest, police say Biddle prevented another resident of the home, Gary Miller, 70, of Plymouth, from exiting the home prior to law enforcement making entry.

Biddle was taken into custody by police and transported to the Marshall County Jail for the warrant, as well as a new preliminary charge charge of criminal confinement.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
