On the morning of Jan. 9, at noon ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were made aware of an active arrest warrant for Derek Sallee, 37 of Plymouth.
Sallee was located at a residence on Miner Street and transported and lodged into the Marshall County Jail without incident.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
