On Jan 27 at 12:04 a.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding 67 mph in a 50-mph zone on U.S. 30 East of Pioneer Drive. The vehicle pulled over on U.S. 30 West of Oak Drive.
The driver, Jose Curiel-Dorante, 27, of Chicago, was to have never had a driver’s license. Curiel-Dorante was taken into custody on preliminary charges of operator never licensed and issued a citation for speeding and false and fictitious plates.
Curiel-Dorante was transported to Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
