On Jan. 19 at 4:14 p.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding 51 mph in a 35-mph zone on Hoham Drive.
The car turned onto Oak Drive and went south on Oak Drive from Hoham Drive. The vehicle then stopped on Oak Drive just South of Hoham Drive, where the traffic stop was conducted.
The driver was later identified as Sindy Antunez, 35, of Bremen. During the traffic stop, police say it was determined that the driver had never had a driver’s license.
Antunez was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where she was booked on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
