Possession Warrant Served

On Jan. 10 at 3:56 p.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 112 W. Jefferson Street (Marshall County Probation) for a man who had a warrant out of Fulton County for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Officers arrived on the scene and identified the man as Jesse Minick, 38, of Rochester. Minick was taken into custody with no issues.

At the Marshall County Jail officers located .5 grams of methamphetamine in a jacket pocket, according to the report. Minick was given additional preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
