On Jan. 29 at 1:18 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Western Avenue and Markley Drive.
Police say it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Anibal Cardena-Herrera, 37, of Plymouth, was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Herrera was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
