
On Jan. 28 at 7:20 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop after watching a vehicle disregard a red light at Michigan and Jefferson Street.
The vehicle pulled into the KFC parking lot located at the intersection of Michigan and Novelty Street.
Police say the driver, 35-year-old Felicia Appicelli, of Walkerton, was believed to be intoxicated and a chemical test was completed. Appicelli was taken into custody after her blood alcohol level was found to be .25%, more than 3 times the legal limit, according to the report.
Appicelli was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of OWI with a BAC over .15 and OWI-Endangering.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
