On Jan. 10 at 9:56 p.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies performed a routine traffic stop.
After standardized field sobriety testing was conducted the driver, Alex Casanova, 42, was believed to be operating while impaired, according to the report. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
