On Jan. 7 at 4:32 p.m. ET, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by a woman who had been threatened by a man with a firearm in the 10,000 block of Robin Lane.
An investigation was conducted, and 55-year-old Walter Snedeker of Plymouth was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
