On the morning of Jan. 20 at 1:30 a.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department executed an arrest warrant.
While serving the arrest warrant, a man, later identified as Carson Rowe, 51, of Plymouth, was seen by a Plymouth officer allegedly attempting to hide an item in an exterior vent, in plain view of the officer. Rowe was detained, and upon looking inside the vent, a hypodermic syringe was located, according to the report.
Rowe was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged on preliminary charges of felony possession of a hypodermic syringe.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
