Domestic Dispute

On the morning of Jan 4 at 6:30 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the Red Rock after Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call reporting an active domestic dispute.

Upon the officer’s arrival, a man was heard yelling and was quickly identified as 25-year-old Trevonta D. Piper, of Plymouth.

Officers determined that children were involved and present. Police say one of the children had injuries that required them to be seen at the hospital.

Piper was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for the preliminary criminal charges of felony domestic battery of a juvenile under the age of 14 resulting in bodily injury, felony neglect of a dependent, and disorderly conduct.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
