On Nov. 15 the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained a request for a Welfare Check on an individual.
Officers went to the residence located in the Culver area and spoke with the individual. It was advised that a domestic situation had occurred and that a suspect, Jamal Green, 29, of Monterey, had left the area.
A case report was completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review. An arrest warrant was later obtained and served on Jamal William Green.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
